Shipping Information
After your order (payment) is confirmed, it will usually be shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
After shipment, it may take approximately 7–10 days for delivery, depending on customs inspections and local processing procedures.
Please note that customs clearance and related procedures may cause delivery delays.
Shipping Fees
Free shipping is available for orders of $29.99 (tax included) or more.
For orders under $29.99, a flat shipping fee of $7.99 (tax included) will apply.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for online orders that meet the specified conditions.
Please complete the return process through the “Return Request Form” within 7 days of receiving the product.
Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
Cash on delivery or international orders
Sale items or pre-order items
Opened, used, washed, or repaired items
Items with removed or missing tags
Items with odor, stains, or damage
Damaged packaging or missing accessories
Hygiene-related products (e.g., underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, perfumes)
In-store purchases
Items that do not meet our return criteria
For returns due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size, color), the return shipping fee must be paid by the customer (cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted).

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within approximately one week.
For credit card payments, the time required to confirm the refund depends on the card company’s billing cycle and refund processing schedule.
For bank transfers, refunds will be issued within 3–10 business days after confirming your bank account information.
Additional Notes
Changes to products, sizes, or cancellations cannot be made after the order is confirmed.
If delivery fails due to extended absence or refusal to receive the package, future orders or reshipments may be declined.
Returns due to differences in color or texture caused by monitor settings will be treated as customer preference.
Minor damage or scratches to packaging are not considered product defects and are not eligible for returns.
